We are a practical engine cover manufacturer that supplies parts to leading teams in MotoGP, the pinnacle of two-wheel racing, and SBK, and continues to develop materials that protect engines from impacts based on crash data from actual races.

GBRacing's engine covers are made of impact-resistant engineering plastic (PA6) with 60% glass fiber, which is 10 times stronger than general ABS resin. They are produced by injection molding, and the parts that receive the most impact when falling are very thick, while the parts that receive less impact are designed to be 2mm thin. They are manufactured while maintaining their precise shape, and there is very little error in each part, so they can be bolted on over the original cover.
