Please install within the specified clutch disc thickness specified in the genuine maintenance manual.
Also, be careful when replacing the clutch piston or master. Please be sure to ask your pro shop.

S2343 is recommended for 1198/1198S/1098S/1098. We recommend S2401 for 1098R/1198R vehicles equipped with genuine slipper clutch.
*For vehicles equipped with genuine slipper clutches such as 748R, please remove the judder prevention plate before installing.

This is a clutch kit from Surflex, an Italian company that produces genuine Ducati clutches on an OEM basis.
This is a reinforced type with superior slip resistance and judder resistance compared to the genuine clutch. The friction plate is made of aluminum, making it a lightweight type that suppresses aggressiveness to the clutch outer housing and noise, and its heat dissipation design is also much higher than the genuine one. Notes on clutch installation: For all DUCATI clutch installations, please have a DUCATI dealer or a pro shop experienced with DUCATI install the clutch.
Please note that during installation, DUCATI clutches are different from domestic cars, and the thickness of the entire clutch disc must be adjusted in 1/10mm increments for each car model and model year. The same applies to genuine clutches, SURFLEX, and Barnet clutches. Please refer to the genuine maintenance manual for the thickness of each vehicle type. Please note that even if it is included in the target vehicle, it is not a bolt-on specification that will work once assembled.
