Dry air filter using special polyester fiber

We have developed three types of ultra-fine polyester fiber sheets that are different from conventional cotton filters and sponge filters. (P08, P08WP, P16)

By welding the uniform weave and overlapping parts of the fibers (white dots in the image below), the polyester fiber is less deformed even in the air box under high pressure, and the dust collection capacity and air inflow are not impaired.
