Tank cap made by NEWTON in the UK AERO400 for DUCATI 750F1/400F3 900SS (89-90) etc.

The cap is the same for the original aluminum tank for the early model of 851, but it does not come with a flange. (The PCD of the screw is slightly different)

The set includes a cork gasket, mounting screws, nuts, 2 keys, and an O-ring.

AERO-400 (Aero 400)

For the Aero 400 series, you can choose a cap with or without a key.

A48S / A48L

This is the most standard type of AERO400, where the flange is bolted directly to the tank or body and the cap is attached.

The outer diameter of the flange is 120mm, making it a large design.

You can choose from a type with or without a key lock mechanism.

Installation precautions
Select a location with a flat mounting surface. If the vehicle's body exterior has a curved surface, do not overtighten the flange mounting screws as this may deform the flange. If the cap is frequently exposed to fluid, such as when attaching the cap directly to a motorcycle tank or other tank, use a gasket and sealant. Use a sealant that is suitable for the fluid. Do not use silicone sealant with gasoline.
