International Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

All orders are processed on business days, and no shipments are made on weekends or holidays.
In case of backorder, shipments may be delayed by 2-4 weeks. Please note that additional time may be required for delivery if items are out of stock.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

DUCATISM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Depending on the shipping method selected, tracking information may be limited once the package leaves the United States.

5. International Shipping Restrictions:

Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local regulations, safety standards, or shipping carrier restrictions. If an item is not eligible for international shipping, this will be indicated at checkout.
Due to restrictions or prohibitive costs, we do not ship to certain countries. A list of countries we currently do not ship to can be found on our website.

6. Damages:

DUCATISM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Returns Policy:

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. International return policies may differ, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Shipping Insurance:

We offer shipping insurance options at checkout for an additional fee. This insurance covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you opt for shipping insurance, please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your shipment.
