The further evolved EVO
The body is as compact and smart as possible, with an unprecedented level of weight reduction. In addition to the change to a newly designed clutch piston shape, the adoption of an alignment ball has changed the contact point with the push rod from a surface to a point, further improving the operability feeling.

Although the color does not change significantly, there is no need to worry about color fading because it is uncolored. In addition, the hardness of the anodized surface has increased, making it highly durable. (Due to the characteristics of anodized aluminum, the glossiness is reduced compared to other colors.)


For example, in the case of a vehicle equipped with a φ12 master cylinder, the grip strength can be reduced by approximately 25% compared to a standard φ26 release cylinder.

*Please note that models manufactured before 2000 can be used by replacing with genuine push rods manufactured after 2001. ( The part number of the genuine push rod is 11721122A for dry clutches , For wet clutches, 11721192A is suitable. The genuine part number for the anti-rotation insert is 71320043A .)

■Depending on the model, there may be a time lag in the switching of the pushrod. If you are using this product on a 2001 model vehicle, we recommend that you measure the length of the pushrod. If it is 334.5mm, you can use it as is.

-Please read-
Depending on the year and model, there are two types of piston diameters on the master cylinder side (φ13 or φ12). When combined with a φ12 clutch master cylinder, the clutch may not disengage properly depending on the condition of the clutch.

In particular, in vehicles equipped with a square tank type clutch master cylinder or a clutch master cylinder without a lever adjuster mechanism, the piston stroke is shortened by replacing the release cylinder, which causes poor clutch disengagement. Poor disengagement can be improved somewhat by completely breaking in the clutch disc and, in the case of a master cylinder with a lever adjuster, by setting the lever farther away, but please refer to the following information when making your selection.

・Even if the cutting is a little poor, it's good that it's easy to operate → (φ30mm)
・It is lighter than the original and the sharpness is good → (φ28mm)

-Vehicles for which (φ28mm) is especially recommended-
・Vehicles equipped with a square tank type clutch master cylinder. ・Vehicles equipped with a clutch master cylinder without a lever adjuster mechanism. ・Superbike series. ・When using a Brembo RCS clutch master radial φ16.

*Some of the above vehicles may have poor clutch disengagement issues if you replace the lever with one that has an adjuster. Please contact us for more information.
