The latest BA9, following the BA5 and BA7 12V digital battery testers from Clore Automotive, USA.

A high-performance battery tester that determines more accurate voltage and CCA values, as well as starting and charging systems.

Improved with a blue backlit LCD display that is always easy to see in direct sunlight or in the dark.

Compared to the BA5/BA7, this is a completely new product that emphasizes accuracy and reliability with AGM and GEL batteries.

DUCATISM has started selling its own inexpensive and more accurate CCA & system tester in Japan.

-Measures highly accurate voltage values (2 decimal places) and CCA values for 7-15V batteries without the need for batteries. The CCA measurement method is safe and highly accurate without putting a load on the battery.

- Compatible with standard electrolyte, MF, deep cycle, the latest AGM, gel-structured batteries, AGM flat plate,
AGM spiral, ISS (idling stop), HV (hybrid catcher), and major foreign standards.

- CCA values can be measured from 40 to 1200A. What is CCA (cold cranking amperes): The current value (amperes) output when a fully charged battery is discharged at a constant current so that the voltage drops to 7.2V after 30 seconds at an air temperature of -18°C. Indicates high-load discharge capacity (instantaneous power) in cold conditions. It is particularly important when a large current is required, such as when starting the engine.

- CCA value measurement method: The voltage is displayed as soon as the clamp is connected to the battery to be measured. Press the [ENTER] key once to display the battery type, so use the ▲▼ buttons to select SLI; (general electrolyte) or SEAL maintenance-free) and press [ENTER]. All settings will be saved from the next time. Next, select the measurement display method from CCA/CA/En/IEC/din with the ▲▼ buttons (usually CCA), press [ENTER], enter the standard CCA value of the measured battery with the ▲▼ buttons, and press [ENTER] to display the CCA value digitally. The CCA value can be measured accurately even if you omit entering the standard CCA value. It can be used for motorcycles other than MK batteries, but it can also be used for cars. Although it is small, it is possible to instantly diagnose the battery condition with high precision using SLDR technology.
Comes with a CCA/JIS conversion table (CCA value input).
