Gunshot Euro 5 certified silencer made to fit the Ducati Multistrada V4 / S. Compatible with stock or aftermarket collectors thanks to the fittings included in the kit.
The silencer is made with a titanium outer jacket with a carbon end cap, GP style grill and removable dB killer.

The DB KILLER can be easily removed by disassembling the carbon end cap and removing the grill, then reassembled with a free exhaust.

The exhaust system has European Euro 5 certification, is approved for road use, is fitted to the original catalyst and is compatible with the original side bags.

QD EXHAUST

Located in Vercelli, Piedmont, Italy, QD Exhaust is a 2,300 square meter factory housing administrative and technical offices, a production department and a warehouse with stock to meet market demands within 24 hours. Manufacturing standards are guaranteed by an integrated quality process, whereby full functional tests are carried out at each stage of production to ensure the highest level of quality.
Every part is identified by a barcode, allowing immediate tracking of production. Every process is developed with state-of-the-art machinery, but the hands of the craftsmen are still the key players.
All piping is made of Stainless Steel or Titanium, Heat Injected Magnesium, Carbon Fiber, manufactured in-house at QD COMPOSIT department, these are the main materials used. The R&D department is managed using dynamic fluid mathematical models, all prototypes are calculated and tested on dyno bench for best performance.

Warranty Terms
QD Exhaust guarantees that all products are manufactured according to the required technical specifications and suitable for each model application. Every QD Exhaust is individually inspected. The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and is only valid if supported by a regular purchase invoice. Exhausts requiring warranty repair must be returned to DUCATISM and accompanied by the following documentation:

• Copies of purchasing documents
• Customer details (name, address)
• A clear description of the defect

 
The warranty is limited to replacement or rewelding of damaged parts, all consumable materials such as rock wool and gaskets are excluded from the warranty. All carbon fiber parts are sold without warranty. All paint is covered under warranty only in case of peeling. Color change is a normal phenomenon caused by the heat of exhaust gases. All repair parts are covered under a 12-month warranty, with 24 months remaining on the warranty expiration date from the date of purchase.
In case of faulty installation (unable to attach the exhaust to the bike) do not use the exhaust. QD Exhaust will not honor any warranty claims if the engine is on and the exhaust is functioning.
NOTE: All racing (non-homologated) exhausts, all carbon fiber parts, and all painted parts are not covered under warranty unless installed improperly.

Out of warranty
If the warranty is rejected, QD Exhaust will prepare and send a repair cost estimate to the customer, who must accept or reject the estimate within 15 days without notice, otherwise QD will return the product, charging administration and shipping costs.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty is void in the following circumstances:
• Damage, road/driving accidents, natural disasters
• Improper use of the bike (off-road use, race tracks, intense use)
• Modifications or removal (including removal or painting of baffles or catalysts)
• Improper installation of an exhaust system on a vehicle for which it was not designed.

All packaging must be inspected immediately upon receipt from the carrier. Packaging must be completely sealed and show no signs of scratches or holes that could cause damage. If there is any damage during shipping, the customer must notify the carrier and the company.
It is recommended that you check the completeness of your kit before beginning the installation process.
