Replacement units will be shipped out of the United States within 24 hours (or the next business day) of your claim being approved.
The original battery must be returned using the return label and packaging included with the replacement unit. If the old battery is not returned within 7 days of approval, the registered payment for the replacement unit will be charged.
The adapter is not included in the replacement unit and must be saved.
