Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please email support@ducatism.com or support@ohmmu.com.
Please be sure to include a description of the issue, approximate purchase date, purchaser's name, and address along with relevant photos.
Replacement units will be shipped from the US within 24 hours (or by the next business day) of claim approval.
The original battery must be returned using the return label and packaging included with the replacement unit. If the old battery is not returned within 7 days of approval, the registered payment for the replacement unit will be charged.
Adapters are not included with the replacement unit and must be saved.
