1. Order Cancellations and Returns Not Accepted for Customer Convenience
We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience. Please make sure to confirm product specifications carefully before placing your order.
As our products are imported, there may be minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dirt, or rust due to manufacturer specifications, production, or transport. Even for compatible vehicle models, modifications may be required depending on year or unit. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
Returns are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and if one of the following applies:

You received an incorrect item (excluding manufacturer specification changes)

The item was defective or damaged on arrival
The product must be unopened and unused. Used items or those with installation traces (e.g., wiring marks, zip tie cuts, bolt marks) cannot be returned.
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances after 8 days from delivery.
Approved returns can be sent back freight collect (we will pay shipping).
3. How to Request a Return or Cancellation

4. Shipping Costs and Fees for Returns or Cancellations
For returns due to Section 2, return shipping and handling fees will be covered by us.
For all other reasons (e.g. customer ordering mistakes, change of mind), return shipping will be paid by the customer, and a cancellation fee of 5–20% will be deducted from the refund. We may refuse returns depending on product condition.
5. Refund Method and Amount
Refunds will be issued as store credit after deducting return shipping and a cancellation fee of 5–20%, valid for 6 months.
If you do not agree to store credit refunds, please contact us before ordering.
6. When a Package is Returned to Us
If a package is returned due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to receive, failure to complete customs procedures), round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If a refund is requested, we will refund the amount after deducting the return shipping fee and a cancellation fee (5–20% of the product price) in the form of store credit valid for 6 months.
If you do not agree with our return policy, please do not proceed with the return shipment.
Packages returned due to address errors or incomplete customs procedures may not be accepted by us. If the postal storage period expires, the item may be discarded at the sender’s responsibility.
Please ensure that shipping addresses are entered correctly and that all customs clearance procedures are properly completed by the customer.
In particular, for international shipments, we are unable to assist with delivery failures or customs issues in the destination country.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
Any disputes arising in relation to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office.
