Limited Warranty | 48 months | 12V LFP vehicle battery

This 48-month limited warranty applies to the following Ohmmu batteries:

  • Audi - eTron (A1240ET-B)
  • Chevrolet - Volt (C1240B, C1230B, C1230B-B)
  • Ford - F-150 Lightning (F1240L, F1230L-B), Mustang Mach E (F1230ME-B)
  • Genesis - GV60 (G1240GV60-B)
  • Honda - Insight (H1240I)
  • Hyundai - IONIQ 5 (HY1240I5, HY1240I5-B)
  • Kia - EV6 (K1240E6, K1240E6-B), Niro (K1240N, K1230N-B)
  • Nissan - Leaf, 2012-2022 (N1240L, N1240L-BH)
  • Rivian - R1T/R1S (R1220R1, R1220R1-BH)
  • Tesla - Model S (T1230S, T1230S-LA, T1230S-B, T1230S-BH), Model 3 (T12403, T12403-B), Model X (T1240X), Model Y (T1240Y, T1240Y-B)
  • Toyota - Prius, 2001-2022 (Y1240P, Y1240P-4G, Y1230P-4G-B)

Limited warranty period - 48 months

  • 4 years (48 months) from date of purchase
  • 100% full replacement guarantee against any kind of performance failure
  • Physical damage or modification of the battery will void the warranty
  • Any use of the battery for anything other than its intended purpose or in unauthorized applications/vehicles will void the warranty.
  • Warranty will be voided if you or your vehicle manufacturer update or modify your vehicle's software that changes its compatibility with the 12V battery system or our batteries.
  • Shipping charges (duties and taxes) for warranty replacements are not covered by this warranty.
  • This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us via Support or send an email to support@ducatism.com.

Be sure to include a description of the problem, approximate date of purchase, name and address of the purchaser along with relevant photos.

  • Your replacement will ship within 24 hours (or the next business day) of claim approval and arrive at us in approximately 7 days.
  • The original battery must be returned using the return label and packaging materials included with the replacement unit. If the old battery is not returned within 7 days of claim approval, a replacement will be billed at the registered rate.
  • Keep the adapter as it is not included with the replacement unit.
