DTC Evo 3 for racing tires for PANIGALE V4/V4S/V4SP2 2022-2023-2024 models. Developed to improve performance on the circuit whether slick or rain tires are installed in rainy weather. EVO3 features a sophisticated strategy derived from Ducati Corse that predicts the timing of opening the throttle at the corner exit. Generally, at the corner exit, the rear wheel starts to slip unexpectedly when the driveline recovers power, which becomes an obstacle when opening the throttle fully. The angular acceleration of the crankshaft is adjusted to predict and adjust the torque so that power can be recovered smoothly. This enables smooth behavior at the corner exit, improving controllability and feeling. Can be used with either standard exhaust or racing exhaust. With 8 levels (6 for dry conditions and 2 for wet conditions with rain tyres), the rider can choose the strategy that best suits his riding style and the grip conditions of the road surface, thus obtaining the best performance.

Ducati Traction & Wheelie Control Evo 3 for racing tyres is now also available for the Panigale V4 MY22. It was developed in collaboration with Ducati Corse technicians to significantly improve the performance on the track in rainy conditions, whether with slick or rain tyres. An evolution of Ducati Traction Control, EVO3 features a refined strategy derived from Ducati Corse that predicts the timing of opening the throttle at the exit of the corner. Typically, this corner exit is the result of an unexpected rear wheel slip caused by the crankshaft acceleration peak at the time of driveline power recovery, which becomes an obstacle when the rider opens the throttle at maximum lean angle. The new software predictively adjusts the torque provided by the Desmosedici Stradale by adjusting the angular acceleration of the crankshaft to ensure a smooth power recovery. This allows for smoother corner exits, improving the rider's control and feeling. In addition, the rider can use the throttle to slip the rear wheel more than the "normal" level and turn the corner around the front wheel. This means that the system allows the rider to safely steer with the rear wheel while minimizing the risk of losing control of the vehicle. It is compatible with both standard and racing exhausts and can be set to 8 different positions (5 for dry conditions and 3 for wet conditions when rain tires are installed). In particular, DTC EVO 3 levels 1, 2 and 3 allow for bike control that was previously only available to professional riders. Dedicated software allows the rider to adapt the control strategy to his own driving style and grip conditions, leading to improved performance.
