This is a genuine DUCATI radiator cap.

The radiator cap maintains the water pressure in the cooling system at a specified value, releases coolant that can no longer be contained in the cooling system due to temperature rise into the reserve tank, and returns the coolant from the reserve tank to the cooling system when it returns to normal temperature.
