Dry air filter using special polyester fiber
Developed three types of ultra-fine polyester fiber sheets different from conventional cotton and foam filters. (P08, P08WP, P16)
By welding the uniform weave and overlapping fibers (white dots in the image below), the polyester fibers undergo minimal deformation even under high pressure in the airbox, ensuring dust collection capability and unimpeded airflow.

SPRINT FILTER is an Italian air filter manufacturer founded in 1952 with over 60 years of history, handling everything from development to manufacturing in-house. They began selling air cleaners that replaced the traditionally used "cotton" material with "polyester fiber," manufactured using innovative methods. They successfully achieved both high intake air volume and reliable dust removal, which was not possible with "cotton" filters. Currently, SPRINT FILTER is installed on champion machines in the World Superbike Championship, including top teams participating in MotoGP, the pinnacle of motorcycle racing.
