This product is imported by an authorized Brembo distributor in Italy, so the serial number is managed by Brembo Italy and it is shipped after undergoing inspections such as pressure resistance tests.
Since these are parts that are a matter of life and death, we recommend purchasing genuine parts from an authorized Brembo dealer for both racing and street use.

Monoblock Design The GP4-MS caliper combines machined and monoblock design technology. It includes high-performance sintered brake pads, suitable for both road and race use, as well as mounting parts and instructions. It also includes a thermochromic sticker, a tool used in MotoGP to check the operating temperature of the calipers after each session. It is also compatible with Brembo Racing Z04 brake pads, which are used in the Superbike Championship.

Cutting method from ingot

Like the Brembo calipers used in MotoGP and the World Superbike Championship, the new GP4-MS caliper (108mm pitch) is machined from an aluminum ingot. Compared to brake parts made by casting, the ingot machining process allows the use of materials with superior mechanical properties and high resistance to high temperatures, which ultimately improves the performance of the entire brake system.

Nickel-coated brake calipers CNC caliper Nickel coating
The body of this caliper is machined from solid metal and for the first time features the same surface finish as that of MotoGp. It is nickel-coated to optimise manufacturing tolerances.
The design is also very attractive, combining two features that contribute to performance and precision.

This product is sold in kit form and includes sintered brake pads manufactured using today's most advanced manufacturing techniques.
Also included in the package are instructions for use, a set of Brembo decals and a set of temperature stickers for monitoring the caliper's operating temperature during a race.
These stickers are a sure sign of the brakes' thoroughbred racing pedigree.

Regarding nickel coating: Nickel coating is a type of surface treatment by plating, and is adopted with the primary purpose of reducing dimensional tolerances. It is used for racing parts that require a precise finish, and its beautiful shine is highly popular for dressing up. However, due to its characteristics, it has lower weather resistance than anodized products, so it is more likely to develop "stains" due to dirt that adheres during driving, scratches from flying stones, and "peeling of the plating layer" due to temperature changes. This is not a product defect, but a product characteristic of products that use nickel coating. In order to maintain a cleaner condition, it is necessary to clean it with a neutral detergent after driving, and to perform anti-corrosion treatment if the plating layer peels off. We would like you to understand and acknowledge this before considering purchasing.

Due to demand for races, stock may suddenly run out. Please order early. Please note that the delivery date may be delayed if the item is on backorder. We are currently accepting orders at the above conventional price, but please understand that the price may be increased in the future.
