GBRacing's engine cover is made of engineered plastic (PA6) with 60% glass fiber, which has excellent impact resistance, and boasts 10 times the strength of general ABS resin. They are produced by injection molding, and are designed to be very thick in areas where there is a lot of impact when falling, and as thin as 2mm in areas where there is less burden. Since it is manufactured while maintaining its precise shape and there are very few errors in each part, it can be installed over the genuine cover by bolting on.
