Privacy Policy Details
When you use our services, DUCATISM (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will ask you to disclose information necessary for transactions and contact, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address. Our company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and handles personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.

1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
1) To ship products to customers and bill them for their purchases
2) To inform customers of our campaigns, products, and services
3) To improve our services
4) To respond to requests and inquiries from customers

Furthermore, information such as your name, address, the name of the product you ordered, and the number ordered (hereinafter referred to as "Order Information") will be collected by Yahoo Japan Corporation at the time you place your order and will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy established by our company.

2. Management of personal information
We manage personal information under the following system.
1) We will establish the necessary internal systems in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and guidelines, and obtain a pledge from employees to handle personal information appropriately.

1) In order to prevent people who order products for fraudulent purposes from using the service, we will provide order information regarding transactions that we determine to have been used for fraudulent purposes to Yahoo Japan Corporation.
2) Except as provided in the preceding paragraph, the Company will not disclose personal information to a third party without the customer's consent, except in the following cases:
・When requested by a public institution such as a court or police based on laws and regulations
・When there are special provisions in laws and regulations

4. Disclosure of Personal Information
If a customer requests disclosure of their personal information, we will only disclose it if we can verify their identity.

Please send us a copy of proof of your identity (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) by mail.
We will confirm the details and disclose the information as soon as it is clear that you are the person in question.
