Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience. (Please check the product specifications carefully before ordering.)
Although we carry out inspection checks before delivery, as this is an imported product, there may be scratches, stains, rust, etc. during manufacturing or transportation. Processing may be required even for the applicable vehicle due to individual differences in the model, year, etc. of the installed vehicle and parts. Thank you for your understanding.

 If the reason for return is 1. or 2. below, please return the product at our expense (postage on delivery).

 ■ In the following cases, we will accept returns after contacting us within 7 days after the product arrives.
 1. If you receive a product different from your order
 2. If it is broken or damaged
Items that have been used (including traces of specification) cannot be returned.
 If 8 days or more have passed since the product arrived, we will not be able to return it regardless of the reason.

 ■If you wish to return an item, please be sure to contact us in advance.

Please note that in the case of a return or exchange due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee and the prescribed return fee.
 Refunds will be made to the designated bank account on the next business day after confirmation of the product's arrival.
